Let's celebrate Seollal, Lunar New Year, by making popular, festive dishes for this major Korean holiday! We will guide you through the basic cooking techniques and review the essential ingredients of Korean home cooking step by step. We'll also share tips on how to revise and improvise the dishes you learn in class with what you have available at home. Of course, we'll get into interesting bits about Seollal and learn about how it's celebrated in Korea as we sit down for our own New Year feast! Participants will also receive a special new year gift.
